Retreats

Retreats

Each year, St. Mark's holds two all-school retreats to celebrate and prepare for Advent and Lent. These retreats give students and staff the opportunity to delve deeper into the meaning of each liturgical season, grow spiritually, and strengthen their connections with one another.

All-School Retreats

Our all-school retreats bring the entire St. Mark's community together to reflect on the liturgical seasons of Advent and Lent. Through prayer, activities, and shared experiences, students and staff prepare their hearts for the celebrations of Christmas and Easter.

Middle School Retreats

Each middle school grade participates in a retreat designed for their developmental stage:

6th Grade

Before leaving for the week-long McCall Outdoor Science School (MOSS), students take part in a short spiritual retreat focused on icebreakers and team-building activities.

7th Grade

The retreat focuses on growing as young men and women of Christ and preparing students to take on leadership roles within the school community.

8th Grade

Students attend an off-site retreat to deepen connections with classmates, strengthen their faith, and prepare for the transition to high school.
